PoW (Proof-of-Work)
Konsensus Proof of Work oznacza, że utrzymanie sieci jest zapewnione przez górników, wydobywających kryptowalutę. Zostają oni nagrodzeni za swoją pracę.
Co to jest PoW (Proof-of-Work)?
Nie jest to oczywiście praca fizyczna. Górnicy wykorzystują moc obliczeniową, a po obliczeniu funkcji skrótu i stworzeniu nowego bloku zostają nagrodzeni za wydobycie kryptowaluty. PoW jest wykorzystywany np. przez bitcoin czy litecoin.
