This transformation will culminate in the launch of Wexo 4.0, which introduces faster, more convenient, and significantly more affordable withdrawals to your bank account.
To make this possible, we are currently integrating a new banking partner that will allow us to process fiat transactions—especially cashback withdrawals—more efficiently and cost-effectively for every user.
A Change That’s Part of Something Bigger
As a result of this technological upgrade, starting August 1, 2025, operations of the EUR wallet and EUR-fiat crypto exchange will be temporarily suspended. This means:

Deposits and withdrawals in EUR will no longer be available,
-
Buying and selling cryptocurrencies using EUR will also be paused.
What Happens to Your EUR Balance?
🕛 If you have any remaining EUR balance in your account after July 31, 2025 at 23:59, it will be automatically converted to the EURI stablecoin at a 1:1 ratio, with no fees and no action required from your side.
Just like USDC, EURI is a fully regulated, secure, and transparent stablecoin, fully compliant with the MiCA regulatory framework. Its value is pegged 1:1 to the euro, which means your balance and its value remain unchanged.
The Crypto Exchange Remains Fully Functional
This change does not affect cryptocurrencies—you will still be able to freely buy, sell, and exchange between cryptocurrencies without any restrictions.
To preserve the value of your funds, you can use:

USDC – pegged to the U.S. dollar,
-
EURI – pegged to the euro.
Both stablecoins are modern, fast, and fully MiCA-compliant.
